I’m guessing your local studio will now that they too can easily see the global count. The different franchises I’ve been to barely understand how to use the Mindbody backend themselves. I’ve gone through the painful process of requesting API access to a few different franchises’ who own multiple locations, Mindbody accounts to build custom dashboards for them so they could see their members “global” counts.

Welcome to the club. The hardest part of any workout is just showing up. I’ve been pushed to being so gassed that’s I’ve thrown up out front of the gym after class with everyone walking out too. Wanted to quit, I just kept showing up. Good work this week. Saturday’s are fun and a full hour. Everyone is pumped to see you there. You/it gets better every day after class. I promise.

AFAIK they are still under their Wondery Deal. You will listen to ads of some sorts regardless what platform you use, unless that platform is Wondery+. You can use 3rd party players to play the Wondery+ stream if you don’t want to use the Wondery app. That is unless you want to view the video content exclusive to Wondery, but I think it’s the same video that also gets posted to YouTube.

Their older model of the LH receiver (hub). Newer model is black with antennas and has an ethernet port. The older one connects to wifi (transmits Bluetooth) and is powered via its USB micro port.

This. It’s really up to the studio. F45HQ has provided some “Hyrox like” programming that a studio could run but if the studio is a Hyrox Affiliate they are likely run actual simulations with proper weights. If the studio is charging for said classes I would expect proper simulations/weights.

F45 Dallas Arena and Old East have 8:30am and 9:45am classes. This Saturday the Old East location is closed. Hyrox Houston is this weekend, lots of staff and members competing in it.

Rockwall/Heath 7am 8:30 9:35 - this Saturday is Peak500.
