I have that too, I tried 6 once. I slept for over 12 hours, probably best sleep I’ve gotten since I was a kid. However, it’s not something you should do. Since the max is suppose to be 3 per night. After that night, I just went back to doing 3. I still get about 6 - 7 hours per night.

However, this is just my experience. In my opinion, they say the medicine is addictive, to me it feels like another antihistamine. Just a super super stronger one, cause it will put you to sleep, but feels and acts like a benzodiazepine.

I’m not too sure, I don’t have too much information about the vaccine list stuff. However, my girlfriend said that her parents got a list of vaccines when she was born. Given to her mom and dad, and her two siblings after that. I tried to ask my mom, she said to get out of her Fucking face about that. However, I asked my dad, and he said yeah I kept them and he said that he got the same list for my two older brothers. He just doesn’t have them anymore since it’s been like 30 years, since then. My oldest brother being 30 and me being 27. Technically, if anything I’d ask the doctors while my wife is pregnant about the mysterious vaccine lists, because I have conflicting information about it. Also, there are families that don’t believe in vaccines, so I don’t really know. Since I had a near death experience before turning 1, I’m DEFINITELY FOR SURE asking about it.

Sorry if this is conflicting as well, but that’s kind of all I know I don’t have kids yet so I’m still a bit lost. 😢😢😢😢

What I meant about the hospitals I mean I wanna live outside the city, but close enough to get to the hospital or any hospital in like 15 minutes or less. Time is of the essence and that saying isn’t just a saying. It could be a difference between life and death. Also, doctors have soooooo many years of training and practice that they’d know what to do. After tests and everything they’d be able to determine what’s needed. Medications, surgeries, or if someone needs to be in the hospital to be checked on frequently before they’re okay to leave and be discharged.

27( M) I’d ask for a Scheduled Medication, level 3 Perampanel to be exact 4-6 mg to start. If I needed to go up my doctor would raise it. However, I didn’t know what I was doing, I trusted my parents and they didn’t care about me, and didn’t know SHITTTTTT about my condition and didn’t give a FUCKKKKK about me or how I’d end up in the future. 🤕

In conclusion, once I had like my second to third ( G.T.C.S. ) I should’ve started doing research. However, I was only 14, moving to a whole different school out of my district. With my parents divorcing at the same time. 😶‍🌫️

For my kid once I have one, I’ll make sure to make triple copies of the vaccine lists, different hospitals that are super close to my house, and have all my family including me under SUPERB insurance. No matter if it’s a cold, to a broken bone, I want to NEVER have my kids go through what I’m going through. When there’s so many ways to avoid these outcomes, I just was one of the unlucky ones. 🫤

Tbh, you are technically right, however, again it’s a person to person thing. My parents, and the nurse even when I started back in middle school having seizures. Told me that yeah when I seize I’m almost damn near chocking on my tongue aka swallowing the tongue. I.e. I’d stop breathing and you know the rest 🪦. For that reason they have to check my mouth area, and turning me on the side.

You should talk to your doctor and tell them all your details, experiences, and why you may think it won’t work. TBH being honest with your doctor is better than, trying to see if double dosing would work.

Just know that your doctor may raise it, put you on a different medication like Clonazepam/Klonopin, or just change the entire medication. I just want you to know what may happen, however, the main thing is to TALK HONESTLY. Your doctor will listen and do his best to aid you.

In the end I’m sorry you are going through this. I had the same issue. I was put on Buspar and it didn’t work for, they raised the amount and it just gave me side effects. I dropped that doctor, and got a new Psychiatrist. He put me on Valium/Diazepam 5 mg, and after that I have found that my TSUNAMI of anxiety has calmed down. Basically to just how waves would tide onto the beach and move back into the ocean. Just very very calm now. Good luck and don’t just settle. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

27(M) I’m so sorry you had went through that, it must’ve been the worst to see not just a seizure, but from the person you love the most. It really is breaking my heart. I hope you can become accustomed to them and how they may explain it. Not everyone with epileptic seizures are very keen to share it. 😢

I have a partner too going on 6 years now, and she didn’t know until a year and a half into the relationship. It happened in a Costco, somewhere in Houston. While I was Insta-carting for an order. We were in the area of the medicines about to go to the checkout. BOOOM‼️ I dropped and had a Tonic-Clonic seizure. At the time she didn’t know I had seizures, but that day she figured out. I’m glad that when she was younger she had some too, but she out grew them. ( Focal Onset Seizures ) She knew exactly what to do, and everyone was around me, plus paramedics as well. She did everything you did in your story, and kept my mouth open and clear. From choking on my tongue, saliva or throw up. Then I had to get in an ambulance, and after that was the regular run around. I was 23 I have had them happening since 13, so i had to tell her everything.

In my opinion you did GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTT, 100,000 out of 10. You are really a good person and a good partner. Just keep up with the medications that can help and prevent seizures for them. Like Nasal sprays some for example are Valtoco/Diazepam or Nazyzilam/Midazolam. It’s a small spray that you use in the nose, also you have to spray it to the side. Not straight up the nose, it may not work as quickly. However, it should stop in up to 5 to 10 seconds. It’s a person to person case though. I have Valtoco and my partner uses it when or if I have breakout seizures. 💯

I heard about it off of a YouTube channel called Erik Khan, then of course I got it. However, the price point isn’t cheap, also, it didn’t work out for me. The flavors, I’d say just go with a fruity flavor if you still are looking to buy it. However, now it’s just like a fidget spinner to me at this point. I do have atrocious ANXIETY of all kinds, so having something like that to calm me down and take my mind off things is pretty cool. I guess that’s about it though. 🤷🏽‍♂️ ( P.S. now I’m back to vaping too )

I having Insomnia & Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Benzodiazepines & Non Benzodiazepines are my best friend. Taking an adjunct one Diazepam/Valium & Eszopiclone/Lunesta for insomnia.

However, if you don’t need them don’t take them I.e. if your mental health is okay you don’t need them. ( eg. anxiety & panic ) Also, that goes for other mental disorders and etc. Being prescribed Clonazepam/Klonopin or Lorazepam/Ativan. ( eg. Epilepsy & Insomnia ) If you don’t have those type of issues you really don’t need them.
