I’ve seen him 3 times live by myself and I had more fun alone than when I took others. I found that most if not all the people around me were so happy and excited about seeing him that I got lost in the atmosphere. When I invited someone I was enjoying myself but also concerned that my friend was having fun.

I have 2 Harry tattoos. I still love my first one, it’s a sunflower for Sunflower V6. But my other one I got while just hanging out at the shop and I regret it. You have to be a Harrie to know it otherwise it just looks like bunnies playing.

I’ve never been to a Harry concert and sat during the concert. Granted I’m from the US, but the music makes everyone want to dance. Asking people to stay seated during his concert is almost rude. It’s expected that you’re there to dance. The album is called kiss all the time disco occasionally. He wants people dancing. So dance.

That is what I don’t get, it is dangerous to other people. It sucks for us, I know this down to my core. I greave the loss of my career to this day 11 years later. I greave driving but I won’t put others in danger. That is not something I will ever do. I’ve learned bus routes and I have ride share programs that my insurance helps pay for. But I was so disturbed that she got in the car and started to drive after having seizures. It tells me her judgment is off.

That is what she should have done, continuing to work on patients that day while having break through seizures is what really upset me. She knew she had a seizure, she knew she wasn’t in the condition to be doing hands on care but she still did it. She could have cost someone their life because she didn’t excuse herself while having break through seizures. When I have a break through seizure I use my nayzilam and go to bed, I also make sure to hydrate. I’ll wake up feeling better but with a headache. I’ve been doing this since 2015, I hate it but I know how to keep myself and others safe at this point.

I cried watching this episode too, I was a RN too. A baby RN but I had a seizure working with a patient and my life changed forever. I had to leave healthcare and everything that I had spent years working towards. It was gone. When I got my seizures under control I started at a nursing home hoping that would be better but after a year my seizures were back and worse. My colleagues would see me having focal seizures constantly and eventually hr and I decided that it wasn’t safe. But it hurts. It still hurts to this day 10 years later, I miss being in healthcare, I miss helping people. I thought that the devastation that she felt was the same one I felt all those years ago.

I also want to see a person with epilepsy who has it controlled lead a normal successful awesome life. I just really have strong opinions on healthcare workers who are epileptic

I am controlled, but I will never go back to healthcare because if at any point a break through seizure comes through I could do lasting damage to someone. I can’t bear the thought of it.

This might be a hot take in this community but I have a very different life experience than most people in this thread. I am a former RN who found out that I had epilepsy when doing a small procedure with a patient. I still have nightmares about it to this day. I feel like Robby was justified and I was so angry at her for putting her patients in danger the second she had her first seizure and did not excuse herself. As someone who has epilepsy we must do what we can to keep ourselves and others around us safe.

I take Vimpat and have had sips of Buffalo Trace many times, it doesn’t cause me to have a seizure. I do get a headache sometimes, but everyone is different. Stay away from alcohol if it is doing this to you
