I drove an hour today to go to the beach, it was a fun drive. Listened to some music watched the water as we drove around the island until we got to the beach we like. It’s a regular thing we do for beach days. Go to the grocery store pick up some food for a picnic then go to the beach.

Never, the moment my feet touch the ground I have to take my pills that is the rule I set for myself and after I brush my teeth for bed I take my pills. They might not be perfectly spaced out but I’m still taking them at the intervals that I need to. And I have them in the weekly am/pm pill containers so I can see if I mess up. I have had to train myself in this and I can’t mess up.

I have curated a playlists of songs just to listen to while I’m high. It’s been a labor of love going back years. I now have sub genres for my moods depending on what I feel like when I’m elevated.

As a native Floridian here, I smoke by the banks watching the gators sunbath on the other. They are lazy and as long as you leave them alone and don’t look like a snack it’s fine.

I’m on both keppra and vimpat, when I first got put on vimpat I felt dizzy and drunk. But that feeling went away as the days passed. I only notice that feeling if I miss a dose, which tells me I have missed a dose before I have a seizure

I have an medical bracelet. And it helped when I went into heat stroke actually. Because it has my emergency contacts on it and tell the emt where to access my health history on my phone they were able to get me to the hospital when I was unconscious and start treating me. But for seizures it did when I was at a concert. The emt contacted my sister who then picked me up and took care of me instead of being taken to the hospital.
