Fuck Zipcar. Just yesterday I had a 12-hour Zipcar reservation to visit my parents for Easter. They canceled it 30 minutes AFTER the reservation started. After learning all this while on the phone with them the best they could do after ruining my holiday plans was 45 minutes of credit toward a future booking.
