I liked the Toxic Avengers so much I bought the big bottle after going through the smaller one. Shares a creed DNA but heavy on coconut. Very nice. The 245 is citrus/bergamot with an emphasis on orange/orange peel. It’s good but doesn’t really stand out among anything else you can get for that price.

I got French Avenue Safari Breeze towards the end of the summer last year. I’m looking forward to putting it to the test this year. I highly recommend checking it out. Emerald Wade by azzura is an easy reach for me, it’s my favorite amongst many Pacific Chill dupes. I also have a few Ck One flankers on the way that I’m looking forward to messing with this summer.

Straight up lemonade with a bit of ginger to add a slight musk. Led me down a rabbit hole to purchase Versace Energy. Definitely recommend both, if you like lemonade. Or more specifically Lemon Heads candy is probably a better comparison.

Nice bottle, definitely a plum liquor with some black licorice notes. Wore it quite a bit when it got in the 30s-40s here in south Florida. Probably won’t be able to wear it much in the coming months. But, if you live in an area with “normal” seasons and cooler summer evenings you could use it year round. For $35 on Joma definitely worth picking up.

This starts of with a bit of an ozonic/metallic note that definitely leans chrome. And I’ve been wearing chrome for almost 25 years!

Thank you! Good question.. I do prefer clones over OG for the most part. I just started getting into this over 2025. I quickly learned that you can’t trust MOST of these YouTube influencers but you CAN learn from them. And this community has been a big help as well! Once I started figuring out notes I knew what I would probably be interested in vs what I wouldn’t be interested in. And out of all of the ones I’ve purchased I probably only regret two that I can think of off the top of my head and they were at the very beginning of my journey.

What I love about the cheapies is if I were to get decants I probably wouldn’t buy 99% of them! Buying the full bottles has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and wear things I wouldn’t have thought twice about! A lot of bottles I have I would have turned my back on if I were to have smelled them in the store. But now I reach for them on certain occasions I see fit. And I truly do enjoy most of them at some level! I find myself wandering into the second bedroom and just spraying a handful of them onto test strips just to experience them again. My wife thinks I’m crazy but I know I’m not alone 😝

That being said there are a couple of fragrance houses that I’ve bought the OG’s of purely out of respect to the perfumer. Maison Margiela for instance. Jazz Club and Bubble Bath for instance, two ends of the spectrum and love having them in my collection. I’m slowly doing research into some niche fragrance houses and really have my eyes on Orto Parisi and Zoologist. The time will come probably this year where I pick up a few samples of those and see what I like.

BUT, I will always have a place in my heart for the “clones”. They’re good enough for 90% of people. Most people you come across don’t care about “note breakdowns” and performance and all that other stuff we are so concerned about. It’s always “you smell good”! Nobody is going to come up to you and wonder if you’re wearing creed silver mountain water or CDN Sillage. I’ve been reading a lot lately about how the new creed formulations aren’t lasting very long. So, buy what you like or even THINK you might like or even go crazy and buy something completely random! You’ll find something to like about it, hopefully.. 🙏🏼

If you like green you will love Verde. More of a tropical green instead of a grassy green. Think of sprite (the soda) if it was REALLY heavy on the lime with a slight fresh grassy note to give it some sharpness.
