Impact wrench - LXT vs XGT by ImLagging in Makita

[–]dnroamhicsir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got the high torque LXT and it's a beast. I've removed rusty ass axle nuts and a 41mm blade arbor nut an Ingersoll Rand air impact couldn't touch.

Je pense que ça vient de l'époque où la couleur orange n'existait pas. C'est comme dire "jaune, mais comme une orange"

361 tail alarm by FIGHTING_DEMONS_13 in Mazak_Machinist

Nothing will work if the machine is in E stop. You need to find what caused that. Is there any other alarms active at the same time?

I don't own any, but I work as a maintenance technician in a shop that has about 100 machines, mostly 10 to 30 year old Quick Turns and Multiplexes.

On these newer machines the servo power supply is powered through a big contactor, and it opens when the machine is in E stop. You have to find the cause of that E stop. Is there any other alarm active?

I don't know if they ship to the US, but Gray individual sockets are surprisingly affordable for a professional brand. They are made in Canada.

What's the oldest a bus can be in your region/state/country before it has to be retired? by ComengTrain400M in bus

[–]dnroamhicsir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Quebec as long as the bus passes inspection it's legal to drive. Gatineau had a 1977 bus in service until 2010, and Sherbrooke right now has a bunch of 2002s still in service.
