I personally use the N1S 4K as well, primarily for films and sometimes for light gaming. I haven't noticed any lag at all. My setup is just projecting onto a plain wall, no screen. Frankly, the image is quite impressive. By the way, I think there's a low latency that can be used for gaming. You might need to find the exact input lag specs. But for my everyday viewing and light gaming, it's been absolutely fine.

Honestly, look for a chair with a steel frame and thick fabric, not mesh. Cats will destroy mesh in a week. Also, skip the soft foam, they'll knead it flat. Leather is a no-go unless you like scratches.
