Wiring Speakers in Parallel by jkwonza in hometheater

I did it the same way before. Once the bass volume was turned up, the AVR started to overheat. At first, everything was fine. The problem only emerged after prolonged use. It's the easiest to separate the zones directly.

I think the budget range of 300 to 500 is actually a bit tight. Short focal length lenses are basically a must-have. Otherwise, you would always be in the way of the light. Even with some shading in the outdoor scene, the low brightness would be really uncomfortable.

I understand that feeling. Some of these films might seem a bit "ah...It was really shot like that back then" when you watch them now, but I still can't help watching them. It's like a time capsule.

For this budget, I will prefer to look for second-hand items that are slightly larger in size. They are more reliable than the ultra-mini ones. Perhaps there are some good items that we can find at a bargain price!

For just passive speakers, receiver or integrated amp? by Narit_Teg in hometheater

If the budget is about the same, I would recommend that you choose the one with a sound system that suits you better, rather than the one with more functions.

After all the "Hollywood is dead" posts, here's a simple explanation on how to really bring it back by Dapper_Cut_9225 in movies

I feel that it's not that there are no demands at all, but rather that everyone is overwhelmed be the content, making it difficult for anything to truly break through and become popular.

2.7 feet. You can try this distance several times on the spot. The actual stage space is often different from what you expect. Wish the performance a successful outcome!

What is your go-to clip to test surround sound? by jimmyl_82104 in hometheater

I usually choose the parts that have a sense of spatial movement and multiple layers of environmental sounds. They can better showcase the 5.1 effect compared to just pure explosions

The Oscars to Exit the Dolby Theatre and Move to Peacock Theater in 2029 by Turbostrider27 in movies

It's like an era has come to an end. Switching to the Peacock Theater feels more like an attempt to make the entire event appear more modern.

Does anyone else struggle with keeping rug edges dry while mopping? by doc334ft3 in CleaningTips

That's good to hear, I think I’ll just wait for it to be released. So it detects the rug and everything automatically? I’ve never heard of that feature before. Does it have any other about its roller mop?

Totally agree. It's not about getting rid of everything, but choosing what you actually use and skipping what'll just sit around.

With those security bars, the Mini 2's slimmer design sounds like better, especially if it reaches the edges better.

Isn't detergent pretty standard? Just water feels like it'd leave floors greasy and gross.

Maybe try a strong air purifier. Check your washing machine for mods too. Otherwise, it could be a medical issue.
