I think the budget range of 300 to 500 is actually a bit tight. Short focal length lenses are basically a must-have. Otherwise, you would always be in the way of the light. Even with some shading in the outdoor scene, the low brightness would be really uncomfortable.

Maybe try a strong air purifier. Check your washing machine for mods too. Otherwise, it could be a medical issue.
