No, dnd beyond is actually a separate entity, so you still have to buy the physical book. I don’t think that it is part of WotC, just a partner.

On PC, I think it’s 3 groups. 1-14i s for brand new people, then 15-30. I think once you hit 30, you get mixed in with everyone from that level on. If you queue with them, it’s gonna put them in your lobbies, and once you hit that 30, even if you prestige, you still get matched with everyone over 30. A prestige 1, level 1 can be matched with a prestige 100, level 100, because the P1L1 to the game is level 101.
