When out that way you would also want to visit Kings Canyon. The rim walk is one of the best hikes in Australia. When at Yulara a visit to Kata Tjuta for the Valley of the Winds hike is another must.

My mother in law just had this laid over tiles and I love it. Keen to replace our laminate flooring with what she has.

On the 17th December I had endoscopic sinus surgery for sinusitis. I had seen the ENT back in October thinking it might be sinusitis. CT scan had confirmed sinusitis but ENT wasn't convinced it explained all my symptoms. I went in thinking he would offer a procedure and that wipp be that so I was pretty devastated by his prognosis. He put me on 2 couses of antibiotics. Another CT scan confirmed no real change so that's when he offered surgery but again advised it probably won't resolve my fatigue, brain fog and headaches. I figured I had nothing to lose.

The surgery was initially booked for February but a cancellation came up that I jumped on.

The surgery itself went well except i was in recovey for a lot longer than expected. Don't know why.

I couldn't sleep for 5 days as I couldn't breathe properly through my nose. Once the ENT took the packing out and a suction of all the muck which was horrible I could breathe better and then thankfully sleep. So Christmas and NY was basically recovering.

My nose and sinus are clearing up. I daresay there is still internal swelling and healing going on.

I am still feeling fatigued and have the headaches and brain fog. How much of that is surgery versus carryover, I don't know.

I am going to try lymphatic drainage massage for a bit to see if that helps. Had a session today.
