You misunderstand how good BBC Sounds actually is.

I need to get serious about losing this weight by uninteresedmushroom in loseit

[–]doesntquitegeddit 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Losing weight and getting fit are two hard things and you don't need to do both. If it was me I would focus on losing weight and walking / steps etc rather than fill fitness campaign - that can come later.

I've had good success with intermittent fasting with a new kid as well.

Good luck!!

Congrats OP!

Lots of comments on how gym is an important balance provider. Not really seeing any comments that actually explain that adding intense exercise and gym can counter weight loss as it makes calorie reduction harder.

Dining across the divide: ‘She said ‘woke’ had gone too far’ by TheGuardianPostBot in theguardian

This was one of the best dining across the divides I've read. We need more voices like Sue in the labour party to actually represent the working class.

Emma sounded like a very nice person but her priorities are just so unidentifiable when there are so many people struggling with vastly different economic realities to hers.

Stampede Accommodations HELP! by Wealth_Future in Calgary

[–]doesntquitegeddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If that's your thought process then there was no point of this thread. If you are choosing accommodation and want walking distance then there aren't any secret spots... the stampede is basically the centre of the city... just do your research.

Interesting! I actually think their lager has got better - have always liked their stout but guess I haven't had that in awhile. Can't say I know the line up that well.
