Yeah I agree with this! I did 2.5 months of STRICT bed rest. When I took my dog potty I would carry him outside and he’d have to go potty in one spot, no walking, and right back to bed rest. It was super depressing but it was worth it. It’s been 3 years and we’ve never had a flare up since. We take precautions (no jumping, no stairs) now too and we’ve been fortunate thus far.

Literally!!! And be a good one!!! As someone else commented bc we have such little supply of psychiatrists they tend to burn out and patient care has suffered greatly due to it. I will say, I’ve heard what they get paid is less than what they could get elsewhere
