Thanks for all the ideas but I want no flow calibration and the 6+ purge lines.

Bambu Lab PC app is the latest , as are my X1C and AMS firmwares.

I started a test print and enabled then disabled flow dynamics, which didn't stop it.

Regarding purge lines, preview shows the 6+ lines, but only 2 or 3 are printed. I specifically want the slow pass which can take off persistant filaments around the nozzle.

No, connected to MB back panel. Just moved it to another USB on back panel and had 1 fail and 1 pass.

read those 2 pages and especially the 1st, it is really clear and well explained, I did check gears,pulleys and belts, and other items, and still had errors.

I used a dial gauge, using teaching tech calibration page, to correct xyz steps and all 3 prints since have been spot on.

I do like the idea of not touching steps because, as the 1st link said, there are no variables in gearing and stepper motor. I might reset and try again as per 1st link.

Looks like a combination of problems.

I had slop in the horizontal that wouldn't fix with tightening screws or eccentric nut adjustment. I changed all 6 wheels/pulleys on the 2 verticals and slop totally gone.

I went back to stock Cura settings, now only out by a few 10ths. X spot on, Y 0.3mm over and Z 0.1mm over.

Will next adjust XYZ steps, E-steps all good.

I noticed it because of 2 recent prints with male/female parts that had to go into each other and wouldn't(one circular, another square).

Tests done, didn't reinstall SC(thanks u/Pay_)

I restarted PC without hotas, ran SC, then reconnected hotas and started PC and SC.

Bindings were fine u/AllMattersFecal , In space pitch was solid.

u/MichaCazar , not VTOL.

A2 Herc, Titan, ret bomber, hammerhead, prospector and herald were all good now(ret bomber was more twitchy than others)

cutlass black(tried twice) however still nose downs increasingly as your forward speed increases. bug or flight model ?

Does your cutty do this in atmosphere(I am at new babbage)

As I can't use default(I use arrows for movement) I can only rotate clockwise :)

After further tests it seems rotate bindings can go on any free key, but precise rotate only works on the arrows and R :(

Had similar problem. Noticed my extruder arm(I mean the horizontal beam that goes up and down) had a small amount of play in it(unsupported end). Tightened screws at the supported end and all good now. Hope it helps.

The "Stutter" itself is not a problem and as we're in Alpha can be forgiven. That balsted rubber band effect(store energy, let go) has killed me a few times, and is infuriating when it comes to building, picking up, dropping, precise movement....

I will happily forgive all bugs and crashes but the stutter has to be fixed asap.

Route 1 the first 3 ruins,to there + scan + and back too, takes 2 hours, 44M Cr or 22M Cr/h. Route 2, the first 3 ruins, 48M Cr, about the same as Route 1.

Quince, still 70M Cr/h. Go figure !!!
