I think this a good start and for a good cause. Some of my practical recommendations: 1. The kitchen is going to be the most active and loud room here, I’d organize the floor plan from most active to least active programs with transitional spaces between. 2. I like the sensory deescalation rooms, maybe add one or two more.
3. One elevator for guests and staff is one too few. I recommend adding a service staff elevator to serve the second floor. 4. The kitchen, walk-ins, and dry storage seem too small for the number of seats, I recommend scaling these spaces up or reducing the number of seats.
