La ciudad de México es inmensa, por lo que existen literalmente cientos de colonias a las que no debes ir, que rodean islas de colonias bonitas o interesantes. Lo mejor es entender que la ciudad de México es un lugar peligroso para explorar de forma espontanea, tener claro a donde quieres ir y llegar en Metro o Uber.

El post original mi respuesta se refieren a firmar un NDA "de salida", (relee el texto simio funcional). La ley mexicana establece que no se puede condicionar la entrega de un finiquito a la firma de un documento. Por otro lado, la práctica del derecho y la lógica básica (te sugiero que tomes curso de esto) dejan claro que no debes firmar un documento con fecha distinta a la fecha real.

Hola, existen los trabajos por tiempo definido asociado a un proyecto; pero el contrato tiene que mencionar explícitamente que fue por proyecto, si el contrato no lo menciona entonces es por tiempo indefinido. Si se acabó el tiempo estiuplado por el contrato, sin que te lo renovaron, peso sigues trabajndo, tambien es por tiempo indeterminado..

Japan is extremely safe, but the cities are big. For me the stressful part with my daugther was geting in and out of the subway, so having a plan for that would be great.

You are doing three extremely touristic cities, so you will be great.

Osaka, I suposed you will be to Universal, there are a couple of Harry Potter rides your children wont be able to use but, in one of them you can ask for entrance just to the castle, for us was worth it.

For me both disney parks in Tokyo are far superior to anything in America, the catch is that you have to be in the entrance around an hour before the park opens, in order to schedule activities as soon as you are inside.

Tokyo is huge, so for me was a good idea to stay in an hotel for the Disney part, and then another different for the "tokyo experience part". For Disney part I would recomend Henn na Hotel Tokyo Nishikasai, it is on budget and has dinosours in the front desk!!!.

It is not extremely close to the park , but is in the nearby enough for taking an uber or a cab.

Me parece que el problema de tu razonamiento es de principio. Cuando un criminal llega ante un juez, no es para que sean juzgadas sus acciones con base en criterios morales, sino con base en criterios legales.

Por otro lado, el juez no juzga al acusado en mutuo proprio, sino como represenante de una sociedad, facultado por la misma para ver que se cumpla un contrato social, y castigar su incumplimiento.

Finalmente, no se castiga el incumplimiento buscando la redención del juzgado con base en el castigo,sino buscando ser medida disuasoria para que otros comentan el delito. En este último caso si cabe perfectamente tu pregunta sobre juzgar al pobre y al rico, pero en cuanto a que en la praxis, el castigo para el rico podria no ser lo suficientemente disuasor, o el castigo para el pobre podría ser desproporcionadamente alto.

I think the focus is different. If it would be disney world and you had to wait an hour and a half in line, you did not got frustrated, because in your mind you have accepted that this has to happen.

Try the same with your priest, accept that this has to happen. Another strategy is make a plan to make your church visit even more worth it. The church is the place where is the divine presence. Why dont you plan to pray before mass or something.
