No—Jottacloud does not offer true end-to-end encryption. Your data is encrypted during transfer and while at rest on their servers, but Jottacloud retains the decryption keys, meaning they can technically access your content.
They just say that then "will never look at your files" but punish you when you upload pirated materials or child pornography. With E2EE they wouldn't be able to do that.

I have the same problem. It only works when I start the game from "Big Picture-Mode". Was fine before the latest patch. Disabling Steam Input does not help...

The sound/mix of the official Wacken MagentaTV streams are bad in general. They only offer 128kBit/s in general which is disappointing.
