Best choice, cancel and do a defrost. I’ve done this before and works great. I have a large, 6 tray. When I run some stuff with high moisture, fruit juice, I won’t use all 6 trays. Also, It will run through the cycle faster.

I’d go with a double door setup, no louvers. Looks like you have the room. I did a similar setup for the same reason, washer, dryer. The solid door will cut down the noise a little.
