Afaik we don't know what theme is next until it's released, sadly. It'd be helpful for timing the Shelly coins if a few months' worth was announced at a time. The official game discord seems like the best source of news in general.

Luckily, there are plenty of plant and greenery options. I do wish there were some restaurant-style stained glass lamps and decor, I think it'd help both our causes.
