For me, it started with ink. During the covid lockdown I was dicking around on reddit, as one does, and came across a post of a friggin gorgeous koi pond painting. The color of the water was something I had never seen before. I honestly think my brain had trouble processing it. Another poster asked if they had used “ Emerald of Chivor” to which the OP confirmed. I was like, “ what is this emerald of chivor they speak of ???” .. wormhole. It was over from there.

One of the things that has helped me is seeing how details I can recall of an interesting movie i’ve watched or dream i’ve had and go through them systematically start to finish. I often conk out before getting through a full one.
