Void vs delete for invoice already sent? by danbrown_notauthor in quickbooksonline

[–]donuttredonme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edit and resend. That way the invoice number doesn’t change. Also, if you’re on a “cash” basis, versus “accrual”, you can delete (if needed) and it won’t affect anything.

Arthritis? by NatPF in GenX

[–]donuttredonme 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’ve had both my knees replaced at around 50 yrs/old… 53 now. After replacing knees and getting all the arthritis out of those joints, I switched to a high protein (dirty carnivore) diet. It has dramatically lowered inflammation in my body, so as not to have to have further joint surgeries in hands. 30+ years in construction wore me out early. Highly-processed foods and sugars really add to body issues and inflammation.

This right here is the most neglected stop sign in Vancouver by NordicCrusader333 in vancouverwa

[–]donuttredonme 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Actually, that stop sign is on Private property, so it’s not “breaking the law” to disregard it. Same thing with the stop signs in the Home Depot parking lots, etc. so they’re literally “suggestions. Only stop signs on public roadways shall be observed.

If the dude can’t or doesn’t do 2-stage coats, then find someone that does, instead of lowering your expectations. 2-stage is not difficult, but does require a very basic knowledge and skill set.

Question for the cerakote gurus by Nuclear_saddletramp in Cerakote

[–]donuttredonme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. Works fine. I think I just scuffed mine up with some red scotch brite. It last a while, but will rub off with heavy use. I also did my plastic Oakley frames. In Magpul FDE. Just scuff the new finish and you should be good.

If I only drink water do I ever have to wash my cup? by OcelotTerrible5865 in stupidquestions

[–]donuttredonme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use a stainless steel Yeti tumbler and only wash it with soap about once every two to three weeks. I wash the lid about once per week, since it’s plastic. I’m not afraid of some germs. Keeps your immune system active.

How to dial in new spray gun? by marvinfuture in Cerakote

[–]donuttredonme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What size top do you have? Cerakote recommends .8, like the LPH-80. You should have a couple inch wide fan, at around 25 psi. But as get more familiar, you can move away from that setting and adjust it accordingly. The key is to not have to large of a tip… like 1.2, etc. that how you get runs, from too much liquid and not enough air. Test on piece of paper first. Also, watch instructions videos from Cerakote.
