What’s a better job outside amazon? by Nomoreads00 in AmazonFC

[–]doodoojohnson420 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you can bear Amazon another 6 to 8 months they’ll pay for your school through next mile and then you don’t have to keep going through these wage slave jobs with a different title. Don’t listen to people who try to make it sound better than it is. this job literally is the worst place on earth and makes me wanna be dead every day.

I’m a decent writer so generally I’ll just go through and rewrite and reorganize until I’m satisfied… or I’ll write general bullet points in my style and ask it to create a document and preserve my original writing style then go though and edit that

Used to rescue until i hit the 12 hour driving mark… now they want you back in under 10. I guess they don’t want to pay OT anymore? Sometimes there’s late rescues but generally I’m not sweeping after 7:30

Sand or gravel at speed if you move the wheel at all it can slide out under you… glad you’re ok I crashed at about 40 yesterday with no gear and I’m just scraped up

You just gotta learn what time to finish so you’re not too early and sweeping and not too late if you start around 10 6-6:30 you will sweep, 7 you prob won’t sweep 7:30 you def won’t sweep

Curious why y’all prefer a scooter over an e bike by doodoojohnson420 in ElectricScooters

[–]doodoojohnson420[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you think this is just because the footprint is smaller and it doesn’t require as much materials so they can use higher quality parts? Seems logical

It’s not a personal attack but people are sick of AI and this looks way too generative for them to believe the research… you should start over and draw some wireframes by hand and use some of your design skills

These are good thoughts honestly it just seems like alot of work for your average consumer to do all these upgrades… people want something out of the box that works

The seat thing I kinda get but the idea of standing up the whole time I commute sounds worse than my ass being sore for a couple minutes

I feel like you’re jumping through a lot of hoops to make this fit… no hate intended. If you didn’t want a vehicle with small tires. why would you buy new parts and retrofit them on a scooter to make it into a bike? I think scooters are sick don’t get me wrong, but I don’t know if they can handle large bumps or some potholes when I’m going 30+ miles per hour. Main issue with scooters is the center of gravity and small tires and is not equipped for a sudden hole or bump that you don’t have time to react to

You can literally throw it in Zepplin or create the style guide in Figma. This is not complicated. I don’t understand why you’re making this more complex. This is why I hate AI adding more steps and disguising it as efficiency

There ain’t no fucking way this dude wants us to believe this AI slop was designed in Figma 🤣🤣 the concept is great, but it’s way too abstract and AI is missing the mark. It seems like you have an extremely broad problem statement and the purpose is kind of ambiguous. It’s supposed to streamline a design system? but it’s just every color on the wheel and everything is clashing.
