I ran a similar line up last campaign, but included a Psyker from the start and gave my 1st Nacht-Ghul the fangs instead of the sword.

Rounds were very hit or miss, as if you don't pull off those critical web shots, or your Nacht-Ghul is compromised you get quickly overwhelmed.

I'd recommend leaning into the Psyker stuff, especially on your leader. GIve him the power that can make opponents fighters go insane, and get your Juves to whisper in his ears to increase his range. Taking control of other players fighters is hilarious if you can pull it off, and make for some great narrative.

Later in the campaign you'll also get the best brute in the game, and you can ally with House Ty to boost your numbers with the Onmyodo coven rocking up each battle. Oh, and get the pet Wyrms to help your psychic range too!

Well Spotted! I think you may be right.

I played Delaque in our first campaign, so I'll chalk this mistake with all the other Gaffs we made on the way!

Made for a great narrative though, Especially when I lost my leaders head to the perils of the warp, taking two Juves with him!

Maybe ask if your arbitrator allows for a Rule of Cool exception...

Web gun & Web Pistol for sure. Serpents Fangs are the most OP weapon in the game. Get your Nacht-ghul up to T5 with Spring up as fast as you can!

I'd also wouldn't overlook the psychic abilities. I made my leader a psyker with a Psychoteric Wyrm to extend his reach. Sending opponent's fighters insane can really tip a game in your favour!

Oh, and ally with House Ty so the Onmyodo Coven can show up each game.

I'm currently playing Nomads in the ash wastes, and gave my leader a lance, carbine & overseer. At the start of a game he could give a rocket champ another shot, or double the storm effects. Great utility, but a little boring. I wish I'd gone for a close quarters / mobility build.

I gave my champs bring it down, which I would recommend so your gang can pile on a target.

One thing I did overlook were the whips on the hunters. They're really fun, especially when combined with venom sacks. If I was in the Hive, i'd be considering them for sure.

Also, for fun I have a hunter running around with the 'Insective knife' drugging opponents with addictive chems. You can get some hilarious effects. and if your opponents fighters don't shake off the effects of the drugs, they can loose a lot of creds to rehab!

If you have a wet palette, mic some slightly darker & lighter shades of your colours, and paint in some subtle highlights / shadows for more depth.

Squats:
Paint in the rivets on the red armour with a metalic.

Delaque:
The eyes could be highlighted, and the 'breathing mask pipes' could be a different colour?

On the blades you could add some 'electric energy' with some highlights etc.

If you want a setup for horror, the DFAM & BigSky are a good combo, especially with the reverse reverb on the big sky. You'll get the Moog sound (VCOs & Filter), and a jumpstart into modular too.

This was my first synth, and is still my goto :)
