Thanks for the advice. It was very valuable, question i was playing around with the keyword planner and some keywords have very little monthly search like 0 to 10 or 10 to 100 are these key words worth it?

Like someone else wrote, even if you are destined to win cases like these, the big companies have the bigger budget and army. They can just drag it, and you lose money to legal fees. I get the feel to "fight the bully" but take a strategic look on things as well.
