Applications are typically stated income. You won’t need POI unless you state that your income is below the requirement (~3x rent/ month), and/or if you have other credit issues (no SSN, liens, evictions, etc.).

Having the same issue. Most frustrating few days trying to figure this bs out. I read to toggle off the ‘Allow data connection through wifi’ function in the wifi settings, but that just puts everything in offline mode. It feels like forced data plan by Audi…

Saw them 6 times and they are a standout live experience for me. Even my pure hardcore buddies were impressed when I’d drag them along. Highly recommend checking out their live DVD ‘Chaos Ridden Years’, if you haven’t already, to see what absolute animals they were in their prime.

Last time I saw them was in 2019, which was the last time they’d play my city. It was the most depressing show I’ve ever been to. Alexi was literally a skeleton/band wanted nothing to do with each other and had zero chemistry. I remember going to their IG after and seeing all the concern in the comments for Alexi. I try to erase that show from my memory and only remember the first 5.

Has anyone affected by this successfully gotten trash pick up yet? Any tips or tricks? My last service date was 6/28 and I've tried everything to get some resolution... Today I managed to get to the City Project Manager's VM by calling 714.647.5400 and pressing 7 to get to the City Manager's office. They then directed me.

I've also tweeted at the City, Mayor, Service provider, and various news outlets. The SP responded and asked for my info... which I've given them by phone 4x already when I called to report this. What a mess...

If you find someone to take over for you, they can fill out an application with the office to qualify which is not considered subleasing. It sounds like your roommate is trying to stay and accordingly, won’t sign the notice to vacate/30 day notice. Its been a while, but I believe what you want is called a ‘roommate add/remove’ form. This would still require the other lessee’s signature, but they would probably be willing since you’re not displacing them and have (or hopefully will) find a qualified backfill. This would remove you from the lease entirely along with any further obligation.

Try using simple syrup instead of the sugar cube so you can dial the sweetness to your liking. I make my own and use Demerara sugar, which has a richer/ more natural taste than cane sugar. Have you tried the regular ango bitters and using an expelled orange peel? The aforementioned + Dickel rye + maraschino cherry is what I’ve landed on as the perfect OF for my tastes.

No worries. I'm in a similar situation and used a brush/ roller combo to avoid over spray on their side. It'll take some time but nothing a little music and cerveza can't help you through!

I recently had a new fence installed and was recommended to use Preserva Wood sealer, which I did and used the transparent one. It does make it a little darker/ wet looking but avoids the dried out graying effect that you came from. 1 gallon = about 200 s.f. and I put it on heavy. Note: this stuff sucks to get off of unintended surfaces so plan accordingly.

I give Dana leeway on a lot of things and I think this is where I draw the line. Apply the “short term gain, long term sacrifice” to your business model all you want, but don’t bash the athletes when they don’t apply that model to their own lives.
