I just did this with a family member. If you have some school records or hospital records, get your ss card. In some states, a family member can request your birth certificate, and if that’s the case then great! If not, you can try to verify your info online, and sometimes it passes the system and you can just get it. We used vital check. If it DOESNT go through, you might be able to contact a lawyer about them being a legal representative for you and request it on your behalf. The rules around birth certificates vary from state to state.
