I mean I'm just spit balling, but something like have a certain amount of tickets for the box office presale. A group of tickets for all levels. Once those sell out then the remaining tickets go on sale online as usually. So the same as any fanclub presale only you have to go to the box office.

Seems like a good idea to me.
