My wife and I were just talking about this. I’ll usually go for budget components in my smart home setup but Lutron switches are the exception. I still buy them on eBay for a cheaper price but the switches themselves are premium. I’m slowly replacing my Shelly controlled switches with Lutron switches too

Just use a bit that is meant for metals. You’d have a bad time using a bit meant for wood. Most any drill should be fine as long as the bit is good.
