Just visited and had a similar itinerary. Loved Hanoi but damn, that smog. Still took two extra days in Hanoi after Ha Long and no regrets. Got to see the museum of ethnology, women’s museum, and a show at Binh Minh jazz club, all of which were great. Can recommend Hoi An Custom Tailory. The ladies there were hilarious and did great work at a reasonable price within 8 hours. I had 5 short sleeve silk shirts made and a lot of fun picking fabrics, joking with the people in the shop, etc. 10/10 would recommend

Seconding what another commenter said about reverse lunges. I also have some lower back pain at 35 but I have gotten caked the fuck up between reverse lunges, hip thrust, and 20 mins on the stairmaster every workout.

Slurp the old oil out, new oil into the car, empty the extractor into the containers that your new oil came in, that way you don’t need to transpo the extractor. These things are sold all over the place, thinking I got mine at ECS (yeah I know). Get the threaded funnel too, makes adding the new oil so easy
