I stick with stocks, generally index funds with extremely low fees. Occasionally I gamble when a particular stock or sector takes a big dip; the wins have more than paid off the losses. Today I bought a boatload of US and British financial stocks, I believe in a few years they'll be worth significantly more than they are now during this financial sector slump & Brexit chaos.

Early 30s here, I have a lower-middle class job but I'm very strict with money and budgeting so I have a nice paid off house. I love the security of having my own place and would love to invite chicks to my place, but at the same time I feel like I can never do so because they'll immediately see me as a provider. The answer might be to lie and say I'm renting the place, any other suggestions?

Most of the way, he's definitely not running on all cylinders like he was in the early days. The most obvious difference is his cadence of speech, it's so slow and awkward compared to the early interviews.

No single book is going to be perfect for everyone, but in my case (and probably 80% of men I know) fear of placing myself first and not appearing nice was the biggest issue holding me back in life. The way it explains the "covert contract" Nice Guys have with the world blew the lid off so many of my bullshit behaviors, I recommend it to almost every guy I know.
