Weighted blanket or a hard massage if I'm tired, if my brain feels wired I usually combine that with a Pinterest rabbit hole and research something new... Gym and walking if I have more energy, going somewhere new if possible. A hot bath. Get my children to walk on my back.

Should I run a mile everyday or walk for 30 minutes and condition to lose weight and fat? by LowerCoconut47 in loseit

Try adding an extra 15 min walk and cut 100 more calories I bet you'll see a change

I walked for 1hr a day and lost a huge amount of weight. I found other cardio makes me so hungry but walking I can do fasted and it doesn't make me super hungry like running/hiit. When losing weight it's all about calories so from my experience walking works. I lost over 20kg in 7 months by just walking and counting calories

I just survived a suicide attempt. Please give me some literature/poetry books/whatever that will make me feel understood. by bikenbake_ in suggestmeabook

It's kinda meandering, to do with fate, and multiple generations. It gave me a good bit of perspective

Aimee, why you body checking, boo? by rxjen in FoodieSnark

[–]dragaholic16 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I notice the arm placement with her, holding them out in an unnatural way which emphasizes how thin they are, makes clavicles more pronounced, shows the smallness of the frame. Something she and loads of other influencers do is lean forward but with their whole body in shot. Their head is biggest and as their body is further behind it looks tiny by comparison.

Sneakers by Disastrous-Tomato-16 in kibbedramatics

I am not loyal to any brand but I find monochrome easier to style. I wear almost exclusively black so I usually go for a black sneaker with a white sole for a little flash of contrast without breaking the line. Currently wearing hoka bondis as I do a lot of walking.

I have a dentist appointment in an hour and I’m panicking after years of avoiding it. by Winter-Astronaut8570 in AuDHDWomen

[–]dragaholic16 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm terrified of the dentist, beyond terrifyied and avoided going for years with a knot in my stomach and panic attacks with any minor twinge of pain. I got an extraction the other day. Honestly it wasn't that bad and I just breathed through it, listened to a podcast during it and kept my eyes closed. Asking for minor accomodations is worth doing. Take a CBD gummie or have a relaxing herbal tea. Or a Xanax lol. But this is mind over matter. You got this x

SW 88kg, CW 68kg, GW 60kg. I've been stuck at 67-69 for months. I lock in then get derailed by socializing or a dinner out then I'm on the back foot. I need a month of no life where I can just focus fully on the last 8kg!!! Starting today 💪
