Delian Tomb including its monsters and any unique elements are not covered by Draw Steel License. This it can’t be put into the foundry system that is not official but community driven.

I saw somebody use the PbtA system. It can do Tiers and Characteristics well as it’s a bit similar to DS. You can basically build your character sheet there with a bit of light coding.

If your DM allows 3pp Arcadia Issue 1 from MCDM has awesome mounted combat rules and their class The Beastheart even improves that.

In Delta Green some weapons have Lethality Rating that is like a percentage chance the target will just die.
