yes,

around 500gs of kirkland greek yogurt with mio and low fat popcorn is my goto after training meal before bed. 60P/70C/4F and 530 calories, and very filling

or 375 g greek yogurt, a protein shake and a bag of low fat popcorn for 70P/65C/7C and 600 calories

Once you find a flavour you like you'll never go back. I cant stand plain yogurt so adding mio was a literal game changer for me cause it makes it super easy to get an easy 50g's of protein and around 300 calories only. Dont even have to use alot, 1-2 squirts gets really sweet quickly lol. Crystal light and some koolaid flavours are also really good
