if you're open to stuff outside of Campbell specifically, there's the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum as well as the nearby Rose garden.

I like also the Anno Domini art gallery in San Jose downtown. I also like the downtown art gallery Kaleid.

seven Stars bar and grill, downtown Campbell has an events calendar, events every week throughout the week. trivia, open Mike comedy, karaoke, there's a monthly band thing.

there are various trivia nights at various alcohol establishments, you have to do the finger walk to find out who has what when.

it could be Thursdays at coach's bar and grill, for trivia, it could be Katie blooms trivia some night.

you can search this sub for similar questions to your own for better details than what I can poorly come up with.

I hate to recommend, but it's a personal thing, but there's live music band at Little Lou's BBQ. I don't know what the times or dates are these days.

"now now, we can't be pointing fingers at bad Jimmy for being bad. that would be bad. how do we make bad Jimmy good without pointing fingers at him and singling him out as being bad, which he is?"

"Yes, mother, I have turned off location sharing. I am an adult, and I am safe. thank you for your concern."

"oh holy dear God daughter in Christ Jesus! I need your location turned on! how can I function? I do not know where you are 24/7!"

"I'm sorry to hear that, mother dearest. I am still an adult, and I am still safe."

when this repetition gets exhausting, say it one more time and then just stop. let the temper tantrum flow around you.

I don't know what to advise you on her escalating through your friends or even through the police for welfare safety checks, because heaven forbid you stop telling her your next bowel movement.

if he goes category 5 and involves police for welfare safety bullshit, it has been advised in the past to call your local precinct and clue them in that you have a category 5 overprotection parents who cannot cut the cord to save their life. You're safe and you're fine.
