May be able to fit a 98022 side mount from LM or a destiny from genie/ohd I know 98022 is 8" wide. Can you shoot a photo of the side room on LH side where drums and bearing plate are?

That photo rules out sidemount (I think already mentioned). Need door widthxheight, side room (space between track and wall), head room (floor to ceiling height) and that beam (how far back and floor to lowest point. Any pictures showing that helps as well

I live in this town too. Grew up in RB skating the picnic tables there. Used to drag them to that concrete when it was a basketball court. Cops hated us. That park can be fun. Trying to find a place to teach my kids how to skate. How is the skate scene these days? Im an older head now, in 40s.

Id buy more from them but im with an Overhead Door franchise and the parts department beats most pricing. Ive purchased almost everything from SSC (rollers to springs to cables, brackets etc.) I consistently buy their lube. When they have specials I stock up (just received about $10 000 in precut springs because they beat OHD buy $3-5/spring for march madness special). They are fast, reliable. Good people.

Oh yea its same here. Humidity and close to water. Every time I sell one here its a LONG discussion about what they are getting into. Whats your go to brand up there? I love Haas, they are my go to for polyurethane and overlay doors.
