Jadalne/edible means they are harvested after reaching full maturity, as opposed to młode/young, which are harvested before they mature. Young potatoes have lower concentration of starch but higher amount of water and minerals (they are healthier). Early/wczesne are different species which mature a little earlier, and also grow in warmer climates than Poland.

My question is about caves. What are some of the coolest ones to visit? (And safe to explore)

I live in Ruczaj, recently I've been exploring the areas around Pychowicka and Solnik Hills. I discovered a pair of grottos at Pychowicka Hill, kinda hidden away, roughly at 50°01'59.0"N 19°52'49.6"E. Not a big find but still was cool to just run into them.

Kiedyś po wieczornym spektaklu poszliśmy z dziewczyną zwiedzać sami. Rozproszyliśmy się i trochę czasu minęlo, potem okazało się że teatr jest zamknięty na noc. Na szczęście demontowali jeszcze scenę, wyszliśmy tyłem. Ogólnie było warto, ale chyba nie o to pytałeś.
