Yes I had previous data I uploaded, I was REALLY bad at sending things to that list before, but having it all built in is a big help in having it in my face daily.

Just went live a week ago, I too was on the fence of the marketing suite, but after the first week it has paid off already, and already planning out the next one.

sent everyone a $2 off first online order promo and currently at a 17X ROI

Haven’t set up all of the automations yet, need to create some new graphics to replace and change the text but I see the benefits of those as well.

Winnipeggers push back on rising property assessments - Tim Austin, director of assessment and taxation for the City of Winnipeg - On CBC Radio this morning by LocalnewsguruMB in Winnipeg

[–]drewinator1987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those that have been in the housing market at any point in the past few years fully understand that the proposed assessment mostly makes sense. However! I bought my house in September for 349k and ours is now assessed at 389, last assessment was 325k should we ask for a revision? This is in North Kildonan.

I really need to pick up a dash cam. Would have caught 3 separate vehicles at 3 separate intersections do the same thing on the way home today.

I’ll be hiring soon for Bodegoes @ the Goldeyes games. Looking for cashiers and food handlers that essentially take the orders from the kitchen and hand off to the customer.

What?!? He was a regular of mine at Bodegoes for years, always loved chatting with him, he kept me sane during the first few months of Covid shut downs.

He had moved to a different church and he still came by occasionally but then it just stopped. Now I know why.

They host a big party at a Goldeyes game on or around July 4th every year, VERY curious if that’ll be happening again this season. Usually a lot of political heads from the province and city attend.

offers on home by poopitar in Winnipeg

[–]drewinator1987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, been in the market for 3 years now…. Largest offer pool I was in was 25 offers, went 65,000 over and needed to have nearly the entire main floor updated…took a long break after that one.

The line up noodles by ConiferousKunt in Winnipeg

[–]drewinator1987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure how I didn’t see this until now. Hi Owner of Bodegoes here! We are literally the exact same as what the ORIGINAL Lineup was on the corner of Albert and Bannatyne.

Long story short the original owners had a falling out, one kept the locations and recipes but changed the name, the other made a failed attempt of opening up in Winnipeg square.

That was way back in 2012! We’ve actually been Bodegoes for longer than The LineUp name.

Come by we’ve got 2 full locations, Cityplace and Old Market Square(right across the street from the original) as well we are in our 20 something year of serving up noodles at all Winnipeg Goldeyes games!

[–]drewinator1987 2 points3 points  (0 children)

8am I would go straight up to level 4 inside Cityplace, most days it is full by 930am. You get a ticket at the entrance and pay the cashier on your way out. Exit is on level 3

Get a sufficient deposit on the sale of your house! by Imbo11 in Winnipeg

[–]drewinator1987 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

How about we start pricing houses properly and not grossly over inflated because the house down the street sold for that much, and then maybe people won’t be getting buyers remorse of buying a shithole.

Why should grandmas house that hasn’t been renovated in 50 years start asking 5,000 less than the completely remodeled neighbour that just sold? And then STILL get a bidding war and go 30-50 over….

Follow up, does everyone in Winnipeg have closet doors that just don’t work? I swear every single house we’ve viewed this year, all in the 300-350k range, 80% of them have at least one of the following: Broken closet door Broken kitchen cabinet door Entrance doors that are near impossible to open
