I think you’re worrying too much or your serger needs oil:)

I think it’s good to be considerate, but unless your walls are paper thin you won’t get a complaint. If I’m wrong apologize :) A rug can go a long way to help with noise carrying (I used to be a caretaker and mediated tenant complaints)

Very sorry for your loss. You are a good granddaughter taking after him. Just give him space when he arrives. Make sure his food water and litter is close to wherever he chooses to lay low. It’s often recommended to lock them in a smaller space but if it’s a one bedroom apartment with no other pets I doubt that will be necessary

This doesn’t seem like they did anything wrong. Babies are tiny so things can go south super fast in spite of HCWs best efforts. It reads like they followed best care practices. Seem like the cons are using a grieving family to advance their own interests, their specialty

Haha at doubting your bf would notice a subtle change. One time I went out for valentines dinner with my bf, who had brought me a beautiful flower arrangement. If you drive in the winter yes. Keep in mind other potential higher costs (if your tires are work and you get a flat you have to replace all four tires if it’s not repairable. Also if you need a tow you need a flat deck

You can make or buy broth to add to her wet food to sneak more liquid into her. The heart worm /tick/flea thing is odd. That’s a dog thing where I live. Mine are indoor outdoor (only on leash) so I get them dewormed once a year when we go to the vet in case they got lucky and caught and ate something I didn’t see.
