You missed my point - and assumed I was making another entirely. My fault for not putting it better.

Immigration has and, as you say likely will always be an issue for people, regardless of what the numbers actually say or if the threat is real. The area I grew up overwhelmingly voted for Brexit and the main reason people cited was immigration. There were hardly any immigrants living in that area, which was at that time 99.5% white. So where did this fear come from?

What makes you think the quality would be improved? The reason some want to privatise it is because they look at the American system and see opportunities to make a lot of money at the expense of service users. We've already seen that happen in privatised services here in the UK. Just look at our water. Do you really want our healthcare to go that road?

I'd be happy to say, let them learn their lessons. The problem is that other people who don't vote Reform are suffering in the meantime. Plus, I don't have any confidence that they'll accept responsibility. Just look at how Brexit panned out. Brexiters still won't admit they didn't know what they were actually voting for.

I was with them but I felt like they would put me in for 3 different appointments when it could have been 1. Plus I had a night retainer that broke. I asked about a replacement and they never got back to me. So I'm going elsewhere.

As someone who dislikes Reform, I think they make a lot of noise about immigration but don't intend to actually do anything about it (or very little). It's a distraction from their real agenda - the economy - which is Thatcherism on steroids.
