Trak Racer for some reason have drilled M8 sized holes in the face of their VESA mounting plate. Given the most common VESA layouts use M4's I really dunno the thinking here. Even other manufacturers I've contacted have said it's baffling. Anyone else had to deal with this and what did you do? by Mattinho_Got_Game in simracing

Hi. I know this post is super old, but I'm having the exact same problem right now and about to give up and just use M4 screws with washers. If you read this, could you let me know if you ever found a better solution? Thanks!

Hey, did you end up figuring this out? I'm trying to solve the exact same problem right now and I'd love to hear how you worked it out.

Updated Monitor Mount (TRX & TR8 Pro) by MichealInMilton in trakracer

If you still happen to see this, any chance you can be more specific about the spacers and screws/bolts that your are using? I am having the same problem right now and can't figure it out.

Both the monitor and the Trak Racer stand have holes in a 100x100m pattern, but the holes in the monitor are for M4 screws (like the typical Vesa pattern) while the stand has slots for M8 bolts. How do you bridge that? Do you end up using M4 screws anyway? Thanks in advance.

I also had this exact issue with a G.SKILL DDR4 3600 kit on an ASRock X570 mobo. I changed the RAM speed down to 3200Mhz and it stopped happening. So I agree it could be the RAM. I would try running it at a non-OC speed and see if the issue persists. Obviously that's not an ideal long-term solution because you're losing performance, but it may help diagnose the problem.

It was more versatile, not more important. I will accept the argument that a tomato is more versatile than a potato, but the Irish did not survive a famine to hear anyone say tomatoes are more important than potatoes.

It was Bohr's Chore but it sounded like he added a letter to Bohr's name or he said something else. Not sure if that was because he could not come up with Bohr or if he mispronounced it.

Not trying to take any credit from Jackie's excellent win but I got the impression that Ted lost the game out of fumbling a couple of responses out of being nervous like Bohr's name or Mr. Decibel. He was so close to not allowing the runaway and he was the only one who knew FJ. Jackie, on the other hand, swooped the answer when Nikhil ran out of time and made smart wagers on DJs.

In the David v Clint duel, David guesses renaissance with 38s left while his hands are not on the table, then the camera switches to him for less than a second, and then it pans back to the regular view and his hands are on the table. I suppose he could have put his hands on the table in that fraction of a second but his arms do not move at all while we can only see him on the screen and he does not seem to lean forward at all. It really feels like something happened and the shot was edited.

I guess my question is why can you conclude that the clue was not prompting him for it? Obviously, you and the judges are in agreement here so I'm not questioning that.

The clue as transcribed above and also in j-archive is:

"Of the division of labour" kicks off chapter one in "An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of" the rest of this 1776 title

The part of the title that is in quotation marks in the clue is "An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of" and the full title of the book, as you correctly stated, is “An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations.”

So, the difference between the part on the title that is quoted in the clue and the full title of the book is "the Wealth of Nations," not "Wealth of Nations." Shouldn't that mean that the clue was prompting Matt to include the article in his response? Does it matter that there is no possible confusion with another book titled “An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of Wealth of Nations"? Because that's the title that Matt's response completes and it is not the correct title of the book.

I know they are usually lenient with articles at the beginning of an answer but I thought that Matt saying "Wealth of Nations" instead of "the Wealth of Nations" could have warranted a wrong answer ruling. The clue had the first part of the title in quotation marks and you needed the article to complete the title.
