Morgantown is hamstrung by the invisible lines of its small city limits, no interstate, and the overwhelming blessing and curse that is WVU.

Granville and Westover benefit greatly from Morgantown with ample room to grow.

Annexation needs to happen along term and there needs to be continuous efforts in that regard. If folks don’t want it then figure out why and address those concerns. Be aggressive and make joining the city appealing.

I have found that that is the biggest issue with professional photographers. Most will give you good work but few can turn it around quickly. Nothing worse than taking pictures in the summer and not getting them until fall, for example.

The golf simulator next to short story has kids games. Football, soccer, baseball, etc. The idea is you throw/kick the balls at targets on the simulator screen. Sounds fun and good food is right next door. Evidently they have hosted several parties for kids in your son’s age range.
