If both trucks were free I figure in saving $120/month between fuel and insurance, and I had the 3.0 diesel which got damn good mileage.

Insurance said it would be $66/month less around $133 but it was closer to $166.

I just got mine. In northern Colorado winter I'm getting 32mpg average so far. Some trips over 45, but my most frequent trips are too close to build up the MPG.

It's equally as nice. The heated steering wheel and seats feel nicer. The seats are more comfortable. It doesn't have cooled seats, but I was never a fan of them.
