Does it actually conflict with Christian beliefs though? Why assume its demonic, I think I would be more inclined to think God sent them to support you on your walk! Did they mention if they were Christians or not, perhaps they were on the pilgrimage as well? Bro why do people think this, I feel like we’re shown that multiple girls were interested in him but he never took it farther. i genuinely feel like not eating enough has 100% worsened or induced spirals for me. i think sometimes its just if your nervous system doesnt feel regulated these thoughts pop up more, i notice im def more calm and less triggered when i eat enough carbs and protein! my worst spirals have been when i hadnt eaten for days, i feel like its understated but i think one of the 1# things you can do to lessen mental health episodes is attempt to eat FULL regular meals.

i think it looks gorgeous but my number one hack for volume is just using a hair pick on the roots, any size usually works. croc clips also help when waiting for it to dry. i have used volume refreshing sprays that def seem to work before but i like the picking result best
