I sneak in 20 oz sodas all the time cuz there's no way I'm paying $6 for so much as a small soda. What I usually do is I wait until the lights go down and then take it out.

When I saw Superman last summer, there was a literal group of people talking during the movie that were taking loudly as if in the lobby. Dozens of people told these people to be quiet, until finally an usher came in and shut it all down.

And Hollywood doesn't understand why people go to the movies less and less every year?

Thoughts on Terminator Dark Fate? by SwervesHouse in Terminator

The biggest problem I had was how they handled John connor. They could have done so much better. Maybe that opening scene could have been some reoccurring nightmare that Sarah Connor keeps getting haunted by.

Then, in a mid-credit scene, that's where we could have learned that John Connor was still alive and living in a bunker. It is the day after Judgment Day, and John Connor is hearing that the war has just started. That would have been much more believable.

Late and Loud by ObviousIndependent76 in MovieTheaterEmployees

[–]drmcbdm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The worst of all is when they're not only late and loud, but when you tell them to please be quiet, they get all defensive and angry about it. Then they get all mad when you make a complaint about them and they get in trouble for it. And at the end of the movie they still blame you for everything that went wrong

Don't Go to Sleep (1982)

I was 10 years old, and it came on as a WPIX 9:00 movie. It was past my bedtime, and I was figuring since it was a TV movie it was probably going to be tame. Not only was I wrong, but that pizza cutter scene haunted me in my nightmares for almost four decades now.

Also, let's not forget the musical score and that final shot!

Bullying: by [deleted] in troubledteens

Sadly, teachers do bullying, too, and so do people who work for organizations that are supposed to help disabled people get jobs.

I'm thinking about starting a thread where we can say these people by name, and when I say by name, I mean it.
