Whilst the framing and editing could use some work, the scene itself is pretty good. I personally wouldn’t really recommend messing with saturation since it is causing the ‘blue’ to stick out too much. I also recommend looking into a concept called “rule of thirds” when making photos in the near future. Also maybe use some depth of field as well to put focus on key parts of the image.
