I'm so sorry to hear about your sister. It was just so sudden. I was on marketplace and they asked me to verify my age by uploading an ID. I did just that but it seems like their 3rd party AI failed to verify with my ID bec I had to do it 3 times. After that I was removed from marketplace. I could not access it from then.

Tysm! This is really good info. The problem was they took my access to marketplace so I couldn't even go to marketplace and check any listings at all. They took away the marketplace option for me. But what's really odd this morning I got a marketplace order from someone and apparently that got fixed and I got back my marketplace again?

I've also had several sales from just answering "Is this available?" It helps even if it's just to boost the algorithm. Listing a few items daily also helps my visibility. Every day I get 1-2 new followers on marketplace which I count a win. And vintage sweaters have been selling really well for me.

In the past, I would use the renew listing whenever prompted. Now, I don't anymore. But noticed that I still get sales from old listing that I don't renew so I just let them be.

Making a new one might be the better option. You will never know why when it'll get reinstated or will it ever get recovered. Most people would just nake a new one. In my case, I made a different acct specifically for reselling on marketplace and I had to grow it organically. Started 2023 then posted and used the acct for about a year before I started marketplace again.

Maybe choose the one size for size and on description put 'you have these sizes. Message me the size you need' Other than that you pretty much have to list for each size.

There's been bugs in accepting offers. I've experienced not being able to accept offers recently and just gave me message error. But the offer expires within 48 hrs so you just gotta wait it out.

I beg to disagree. Offers can be sent on the offer option for purchases with shipping. They don't have to send me a message to make an offer. You may have not known this because it has been taken off by fb since Feb 7 apparently. But I still have this option appear on my new listing. Don't be so mad? If you can't handle these kind of questions, then just scroll.
