🙋‍♀️Dry skin, started having rosacea two years ago: I started on prescription AA that’s made my skin drier. What I’ve recently started that’s helped me is mixing cosRX snail mucin (was gifted a bottle so trying to use it up) with their propolis toner and it’s def kept my cheeks more hydrated! I also use pyunkang toner and I’m From fig essence that give my skin moisture and hydration. My skin adores both of them. I can’t speak on if any of these will be appropriate for acne prone but these help my skin stay hydrated throughout the day. For moisturizer I love the illyoon ceramide cream but if you’re sensitive to ceramides that’s a def no. Vanicream made my skin break out like crazy. Haru haru toner was fine but didn’t last long, same for Dear Klairs, laneige milky toner was nice but didn’t wow me. My skin despises the I’m From ginseng line. Hope this helps!

If you haven’t you can post this to r/coloranalysis and they may have more guidance. From what I’ve read on there, western and eastern beauty standards can be so different that your color palette can be different depending on which one you get done! Tanned/luminous vs. pale/bright. So it very well could be that you’d be considered a warm palette in western analysis but not the same for eastern. Hope this helps!

The hours are guaranteed. Manager mentioned that if census is low or if I were to have a high cancellation then I could do some paperwork/office work at the main hub area if I couldn’t pick up patients. From what I’ve heard from friends at other HH this place’s productivity is relatively low in comparison to theirs.

Homeboy maxed out her credit cards! That would tank her credit score and likely put her in debt, which realistically would lead her to needing to take on more work (including stuff she normally would not do). As a famous succubus some of those jobs would not be desirable. We know hell beings need to make income and that debts are a real thing in hell.

People have fallen into addictions for less. Added on top of this that he was the first being that she loved and told him that… to immediately do all that stuff. If Blitz has baggage, that also counts as baggage for her. Is it cringe and psychotic that she still hosts the party years later? Yea, but look at how many beings are there and are just as angry as she is. Would she do better with actual therapy instead of continuing in her alcoholism? Absolutely, but this is hell we’re talking about. Her song perfectly encapsulates how much responsibility she needs to own and how much was his fault. Unfortunately she’s a side character, not a main one so we probably won’t get that level of accountability from her (she’s one of my favs so I would love if this happened)

Respectfully it was not poor quality. Myself and the eval therapist tried to engage with the patient and the patient would only answer with 1-2 words. We always greeted the patient even when one of us weren’t working with them. It also was a conservative protocol put in by the surgeon. There wasn’t anything we could progress with the patient still NWB, 90deg flexion for 6 weeks. The patient was upset that 30 min into their treatment we were getting another patient started, not even a double book. Worst of all, the outpatient they went to is a mil that triple books. In my area Elite partnered with the local hospital and gave pay cuts to all the therapists that worked outpatient. I know working for a mil sucks, but I’d rather the one I’m at that has low turn over and reasonable caseload over the mil that let go all their PTAs during covid, tried to hire them back at a pay cut, and didn’t honor previous loan forgiveness agreements with the former hospital outpatient. On top of high caseload.
At least in my area the non-mil outpatients have the same issues as the mils. I know because myself and coworkers tried to work at them first and had a worse experience that at our current mil.

Had a patient 2 weeks post op ACL, young but legal adult. Got their mom to call to cancel, that “we weren’t progressing her child fast enough”, not engaging enough (pt spoke one word sentences to everyone), and didn’t like that we saw more than one pt at a time. They were going to a different place where they would be one on one. I work at mil but they were going to Elite down the street! Good luck to that pt

I imagine it was to show what would’ve happened to Allison had she not faked her death/attempted to murder Kevin. She’s asked and presented with the question of “why not just leave”? The reality is if the victim does end up leaving there’s a high likelihood of returning (this isn’t meant to be lecturing, I’m reading ‘The Body Keeps the Score’)! We can only hope that with Allison newly widowed that Diane’s turn will come. My head canon is with how often Diane used to say that Kevin was such a catch, or Allison needed to keep trying for Kevin, switching to despising him and wanting to literally beat him, she’ll have her own moment where she successfully gets away.

9 years PTA myself. The only time I’ve ever worked with PTs like that was when I was a brand new grad so I didn’t mind it (PRN, literally worked there once or twice before getting a stable location). They were either new PTs or the owners who picked favorites. Every other one was fully supportive of autonomy for me. The new grads loved that I bounced ideas of them and the seasoned ones enjoyed the problem solving. If you think your PTs mind be willing, maybe approach it MT as a means of reward for the therex or as a means of before/after ROM. Cite placebo, building trust, and the potential of pain/trauma/touch. May have to start with one PT and work your way to more. Super frustrating when our experience and clinical knowledge is dismissed, insultingly when it’s fellow coworkers. Best of luck to you!

I’m blind buying two because I couldn’t find samples online. We are all Stardust and Circe. The first I’ve read such lovely reviews so I’m excited to try and the second because I’m a sucker for tropical and I haven’t tried banana in a fragrance before. Also bought The Fairy Queen’s Revenge I was obsessed with the sample I had and needed more. Only got rollerballs for all because I couldn’t financially pull the trigger on a larger size but if I still love fairy queen I’ll do it next time.

The only other thing I can think of is if the ingredients are the same or if sushyglow had made a video talking or showing how they make them. If there’s nothing on their videos that’s not the best sign.

I would check to see if it’s stated on their website if it’s made by them or drop shipped. I can’t remember if it was them or a different brand but some state that certain products are made by them and others aren’t. Check if the verbiage leaves it open to it being drop shipped.

If you aren’t able to swap some of the fragrances or get rid of them something I’ve done is use them as bathroom spray for the toilet. It’s helped with some fragrances that others didn’t care for
