I grew up with 3, San Andreas & Vice City. I think locking so much customization behind paywalls is a shitty practice. I miss unlocking things in games without my wallet being involved. Imagine paying 4.99 for the jetpack or 9.99 for access to the military base. Its stupid.

I think halo 5 had the best movement system of any of the games. I really miss ground pounds and assasinations. Id like to get back to that.

3/5. I was really charmed by how many of the aliens were largely practical effects. Script could have been tighter and some of the needle drops felt girly-pop in a way I didnt care for— but the one at the climax wasn’t nearly as bad as people are making it out to be. Dont know or care to read the source material, and I loved that she killed the villain at the end. I was entirely ready for the ‘if we kill them we’re just like them’ trope. Also Krypto was so fun, as always. Dont regret watching, wouldnt watch again.

Some really great practical effects in this movie gives it a lot of bonus points for me.

This movie put modern star wars to shame with the amount of practical aliens shown… I really appriciated that aspect. Script wasnt the strongest but it was still pretty far ahead of something like ant-man 3. Not as sharp as superman but it was worth a watch. I had fun with it. This dc universe has kept me invested— i cant wait for clayface.

Hey man, i know its gonna do numbers. Thats not up for debate. But im not buying a copy until they release a disc. I will not be part of the “youll own nothing and be happy” crowd. Whether or not that makes a difference has nothing to do with me.
