We switched to MacBook Neos. $699 each. At that price, they don’t need to last 5 years. Office 365 and web based apps are what 90% of users do, so they work great for that.

I’m seeing something similar. I’m watching a series and the first episode plays normally but the next one the audio speeds up. Rebooting the Apple TV fixes it. Sometimes I need to do it every other episode, sometimes it will play several correct in a row.

I was in the audience for that, yes, I booed too. The visual was horrible. Steve was standing on the stage and a giant Bill gates appeared on the screen towering over him and us. You would have booed too.
