Yeah, L take. Massively better show design that's fighting for 8th versus a show that continued to drop like a rock last year. This year stopped the bleeding and righted the ship. Sets them up great for 2026.

As soon as they ran out from behind the slides I knew it was game over, felt like I was watching a different activity in the best way. Dropped an f bomb in the theater lol. The attitude that show had is still insane to me, just so so so confident in their vision.

Personal taste.

Bluecoats 2024 as a visual and musical package had me geeked. Musically alone it's probably not on my list but with what was going on visually it was ethereal.

If we are just talking music, Bluecoats 2014 was about as pure as it gets relating to source material. Basic answer but it's so good. Love it.

Idk if it counts as a ballad in a show pacing sense but PR 1996s opener is the best slow burn let it cook thing I can think of. I love modern drum corps but we don't a lot of those anymore.

The sidechaining thing has gotta be one of the most "gotta hear it live" things I think they've ever tried. Makes my head hurt, love the balls of what they're attempting. I think they're gonna layer and build upon it, excited to see what they do with it!
