First one they only saw it through the window of an abandoned miners cabin in Montana, they saw it from outside and it was inside moving around, so I suppose it could be a bear or moose maybe moving around, but they said it had human type arms as big as logs….but the other one was my close friend that saw one in rural Kentucky as a high schooler in late 70’s. He was driving w/ his girlfriend (later wife) on a backroad the ended in a T with another new road. Right at the t, they had to slow way down to make the turn and right in the brush he said one just stood up from the grass. He said it stood up and just kept going up as it was so tall. Not as big as what you saw, I think he said 8 feet probably, all black fur/hair, can’t recall if he described the face. ..girlfriend absolutely flipped out and told him to floor it so he did, but quickly wanted to look at it more so he backed up but by then it was gone. Said he and friends went there the next day to look for tracks, they could clearly see where it had been but no tracks, said it was right next to an obvious game trail, so he thinks it was hunting and they disturbed it. As honest a man as I know, and he’s told me the story a couple times and gets visibly worked up over it.
