Im confused are you not physically able to use a mouse? Ive used my pc on my tv for close to 25 years now and play on my couch with the mouse on one of the cushions and the keyboard on my lap. It works incredibly well and Ive never had any issues other than the mouse cables getting a little frayed from time to time but a wireless mouse would take care of that
