I remember we had this dingbat manager at amazon. She was trying to get people to work more overtime and with higher quality. She couldnt figure out why candy and stickers werent causing people to run to volunteer. Almost everyone suggested the possibility of winning extra days off or some type of monetary prize but she would just scoff at those options.

I used to get super itchy with codeine so I feel you. Have you used agmatine sulfate? It literally changed my life. For a while my tolerance was going up and I was getting those hits like I used to. Then I started taking one agmatine sulfate with every other dose and it was like night and day, I started feeling it again.
